He was in his office, his name is Agent R. Chase. There was a woman who came into his office. The woman's name is Chassey Blue, which she usually calls him Randy Chase. He usually heard a cry for help from Chassey, it was Nina Loco who took a stun gun and electrocuted her, then John Torque, his friend showed up when Agent R. Chase heard a cry for help. He is usually Chassey's boyfriend.
He was also on assignment to capture Slick Clyde aka Lord Clyde of OMAR and bring him back to the future, but was unsuccessful.
